Request to Know / Request to Delete / Opt-Out of Sale of Personal Information

• Request to Delete: You can ask us to delete your personal information.
• Request to opt-out from the sale of personal information. You can instruct us to stop certain transfers of your personal information to third parties. (Please note that Omnilert does not sell your personal information, so this item is not valid.)

To submit one or more Data requests, answer the questions that appear below on this Data Online Request Form. Alternatively, you can send us an email at info@omnilert.com. Please indicate the type or types of requests in the subject line (e.g., “Request to know”). We will need to know certain information about you to verify your identity and locate your personal information, if any, in our records and systems.
